SHIPPING

We aim to ship out orders within 1-2 business days.  Please double check your order and address details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to guarantee any order edits after they are placed.  Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days in the US and is free for orders over $200.  We also offer expedited shipping (2-3 business days) for $40.  All shipping times are estimates.

RETURNS

We put months of effort into perfecting every item, ensuring it’s the best it can be—hoping it’s a piece you’ll love! However, if you change your mind, you can return items for a refund within 48 hours of delivery.  If you have any concerns or questions about your order or return, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@baubags.com. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for inspection and processing. A $15 handling fee will be applied to all returns.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all protective materials intact, tags attached (if applicable), and in perfect condition. This includes all original packaging, accessories, and dust bags. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration, or to adjust the refund or exchange amount accordingly. Any refused returns will be sent back to you at your expense.

ORDER ISSUES

We're sorry if there's an issue with the item you ordered or received! Please email us at hello@Baubags.com within 3 days of delivery, including photos of the issue, so we can assist you.
